The Ladue Schools community is celebrating six students who have recently been named finalists for the National Scholastic Press Association (NSPA) Individual Awards.
NSPA Individual Awards honor the nation’s best scholastic journalism — in a wide range of categories. The awards are presented to individuals and small teams, divided into 46 contests across 11 divisions.

Approximately 450 entries were named finalists in the 2024 NSPA Individual Awards. The competition is rigorous, with nine percent of the 4,800 entries earning finalist status.
Winners will be announced on Nov. 9 at the NSPA Awards Ceremony during the JEA/NSPA Fall National High School Journalism Convention in Philadelphia. The top five winners and five honorable mentions will be named in each contest. The NSPA website will display a gallery of the winners and honorable mentions.
