Ladue Schools Host Another Successful Parent University Event

The Ladue Schools community once again came together for a powerful night of connection, learning, and growth at our most recent Parent University on April 2. Thanks to the thoughtful planning and dedication of our Assistant Superintendent for Student & Community Services, Dr. Derrick Wallace, and the Student & Community Services Department, the event was spectacular.

As stated in the district’s strategic plan, Parent University was created with a clear mission: to empower parents through education. This initiative features a series of thoughtfully designed programs, offering families practical strategies to support their children’s academic growth, social-emotional development, mental well-being, and overall safety. With every event, Parent University deepens family engagement and strengthens the foundation of support that helps every Ladue Schools student thrive. The event also provides an opportunity for Ladue Schools families throughout the district to network with each other.

Thank you to the presenters who shared their time, expertise, and passion with our families. Your insights help equip our community with tools to support students academically, socially, and emotionally. And to our families—thank you for showing up with curiosity, energy, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Even with some severe weather in the area earlier in the day, families arrived in true Ladue fashion—eager and ready to engage. Thank you to everyone who made this night such a success. We can’t wait to see you at the next Parent University in 2026!
