Ladue Schools is proud to join school communities across the nation in celebrating American Education Week, a time dedicated to recognizing the incredible professionals who make education possible. From our teachers and counselors to our custodial teams, administrative assistants, bus drivers, technology staff, school leaders, and so many others—every member of our district plays a vital role in helping students learn, grow, and thrive.

Throughout the week, Ladue Schools is shining a spotlight on the people who make our district exceptional by sharing daily videos featuring staff members from across our schools. In these short segments, employees reflect on why they entered the field of education, what inspires their work, and why they chose Ladue Schools as their professional home. Their stories offer a heartfelt look into the passion, dedication, and purpose that define our community.

To help kick off the week, snacks were delivered to staff across the district on behalf of Superintendent Dr. Jim Wipke and the Leadership Cabinet, as a small token of appreciation for all they do.
