Ladue School District is thrilled to announce the launch of the Ladue Schools Athletic Hall of Fame in the fall of 2025. With over 70 years of athletic excellence, the district is excited to honor alumni athletes, coaches, and teams for their exceptional accomplishments in Ladue Schools and Missouri while promoting good citizenship and community service. Ladue Schools aims to inspire current and future students by celebrating our past.
As Ladue Horton Watkins High School celebrates Homecoming this week, nominations for the inaugural class are now open and close on Friday, Feb. 28, 2025. The Hall of Fame will be located in the Athletic Hallway at LHWHS. The Ladue School District Hall of Fame Committee and Alumni Association will announce and recognize the inaugural class in the fall of 2025.
"We are thrilled to launch our athletics Hall of Fame and recognize the outstanding contributions of our former student-athletes, teams, and coaches," said Superintendent Dr. Jim Wipke. "Ladue Schools is dedicated to honoring tradition and continuing excellence, and this is a great way to recognize our alumni's commitment and hard work. We hope establishing the Ladue Schools Athletic Hall of Fame will inspire our current and future students to reach their fullest potential."
In addition to the fall of 2025 class, the committee will induct a class in 2028, 2037, and after that, every ten years. The Ladue Schools Athletic Hall of Fame criteria are listed online, and nominations for the inaugural class can be submitted at https://www.ladueschools.
