Ladue Middle School’s Lisa Kovarik Receives September’s Excellence in Education Award
Congratulations to Lisa Kovarik, an 8th-grade social studies teacher at Ladue Middle School, who received the district's September Excellence in Education Award at the September 23 Board of Education meeting.
"Lisa is the kind of teacher that you want in any room for collaborating, for giving you really honest but realistic feedback,” says Dr. Angela Thompson, principal at Ladue Middle School. “She leads by example in being a problem solver, in being a partner, and really advocating for our entire school community.”
The Excellence in Education Award recognizes outstanding Ladue Schools teachers and faculty, honoring one recipient from a different school each month throughout the school year.
