Congratulations to Jena Dennett, a Reed Elementary kindergarten teacher, who received the district's Excellence in Education Award for December 2024.

“I know it's cliche, but if you looked up kindergarten teacher in a dictionary, you would see a picture of Jenna,” details Dr. Chris Schreiner, principal at Reed Elementary. “She is patient and just consistently excellent in everything she does. She also has that ‘it’ factor. She has that special thing that I don't know if many can replicate.”

The Excellence in Education Award recognizes outstanding Ladue Schools teachers and faculty and is awarded monthly at each school.
