The Ladue Horton Watkins High School Health Occupation Student Alliance (HOSA) team has returned from the Missouri HOSA 2025 State Leadership Conference in Rolla, Missouri, and they have made our district proud!
In January, 70 dedicated Ladue HOSA members competed in a qualifying round, with 41 advancing to the State Leadership Conference (SLC). They competed, collaborated, and networked with nearly 1,300 future health professionals across Missouri for two days. Their hard work and dedication paid off, with several students earning top placements and securing a spot at the International Leadership Conference (ILC) in Nashville, Tennessee, this summer—including Sanjay Adireddi, who was elected State Officer-at-Large, a prestigious role that will allow him to represent Missouri HOSA at the national level.
Other students joining him at ILC will be those who placed in the top 3 in their categories below:

The Ladue Anatomasters team—Vincent Lim, Sanjay Adireddi, Anthony Zhao, and Akhil Nadithe—took first place in the Anatomage Table anatomy competition and are now eligible to compete at the national Anatomage Tournament in Las Vegas this summer.
Beyond competitions, HOSA members are committed to giving back to their communities. Several students were recognized for their volunteer service hours, including Sanjay Adireddi, Madeline Awad, Loukya Gillella, Roopashree Maddela, and Ishaan Pandey, who reached the Gold Level (200+ hours). Additionally, Anabella Acosta, Nevinka Amarakone, Madeline Awad, Alexandra Tsygankov, Renae Yang, Anthony Zhao, and Ivana Kolev reached the Bronze Level (Up to 150 hours).
None of this would have been possible without the guidance, mentorship, and dedication of Dr. Allen Weltig, the Ladue HOSA Club Sponsor. His leadership and commitment to helping students develop their skills in health sciences have played a crucial role in their success.
Congratulations to all our students and Dr. Weltig on an incredible State Leadership Conference! We wish our qualifiers the best of luck as they prepare to represent Ladue Schools and Missouri at the International Leadership Conference in Nashville and the Anatomage Tournament in Las Vegas this summer.
