Board President's Remarks

• Wishes a Happy New Year to all who celebrate Shanah Tova.
• Extends best wishes to the Ladue High School football team in their game against Hazelwood East.
• Encouraged community participation in upcoming Homecoming festivities, including the parade on Monday, Sept. 29, and requested attendees bring canned goods to support the Hunger Outreach Project.
• Highlighted the ‘Due Run on Saturday morning, encouraging participation in the 5K, 1K, or simply coming out and enjoying the event.

Superintendent Remarks

• Reflected on the busy month of September, including the Ladue Night Lights event held during the previous board meeting.
• Attended the Midwest Administrative Association for School Superintendents Conference, thanking the Board for supporting his continued professional development.
• Provided an update on the exploration of a new Administrative Center and thanked Board members for taking the time to share their perspectives with the architects.
• Highlighted ongoing work around the K–2 counseling program and upcoming college and career counseling presentation. Thanked Dr. Tiffany Taylor-Johnson for continued leadership in this area.Shared plans for future updates later this year with additional ideas to support the K–12 counseling program.
• Addressed recent false alarms from the district’s strategic badges. Apologized for the stress and disruption caused. Shared that the issue appears to be resolved and expressed optimism for smoother weeks ahead.

College and Career Presentation 

A presentation was given on the College and Career advising, reflecting on the Class of 2025 accomplishments and looking ahead to the Class of 2026 and beyond.

A presentation was given on the predesign phase and the future of the Ladue Schools Administrative Center.

2025-26 Operating and Debt Tax Levies

The Board approved the 2025-26 Operation and Debt Tax Levies

Superintendent Search Firm MSBA Contract

The Board approved the contract with the Missouri School Board Association as the firm that will conduct the next Ladue Superintendent Search.

2025B and 2025C Board Policy Updates

The Board approved updates on a variety of policies. 

Accurate Asphalt Pay Application

The Board approved the latest payment application to Accurate Asphalt and Paving for the West Campus and High School Parking Lot project. 

Byrne and Jones Pay Application

The Board approved the latest payment application to Byrne and Jones for the West Campus Field Reconfiguration.
