• Recognition and celebration of Jeff Kopolow’s 15 years on the Board of Education

Superintendent Remarks

• Recognition and celebration of Jeff Kopolow’s 15 years on the Board of Education and thank you to the Communications Department for organizing Jeff’s celebration and the Board appreciation event. 
• Welcome back from a much-deserved Spring Break. We are fast approaching the end of the 2024-25 school year, putting a lot of stress on everyone with the remaining workload and preparation needed. Highlighting ongoing efforts, including content completion for students, preparation for high-stakes testing, monitoring legislative developments, and planning summer facility upgrades. Despite the challenges, I want everyone to enjoy the journey, smile, laugh, and have fun with the students while finishing strong in the fourth quarter.
• Thank you to Dr. Julie Helm and the Human Resources Department for their hard work in recruiting great teachers for the 2025-26 school year. Ladue Schools emphasizes the importance of hiring quality educators.
• Preparations for graduation are already starting to take place as well as the district’s strategic planning process, focusing on evaluating data and setting goals for the next school year.

Conway Elementary Presentation 

Dr. Thomas Devitt and his team presented on the 2024-25 Conway Elementary School improvements, building and district goals, and highlighting student achievements and next steps.

Spoede Elementary Presentation 

Issac Bjerk and his team presented on the 2024-25 Spoede Elementary School improvements, district and school goals, and highlighting student achievements and educational strategies. 

Safety and Security Presentation

Ladue Schools Safety & Security Coordinator Tim Reboulet provided an update on the district’s safety and security improvements and discussed the next steps.
