Annual Update – OPEN NOW
At the beginning of every school year, Ladue School District requires that one parent in the student’s primary household complete an online update of student information. This is called the Annual Update and is accessed through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. All students must have this information updated before the Annual Update window closes on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020.
If you are a new family and have already completed a 20-21 Online Registration application, you do NOT need to complete this update. Only one application (new or existing) is required each year.
We require this update in order to have accurate contact information for parents and guardians as well as up-to-date medical information about your child. The Annual Update also contains the Consent to Treat, which allows the school nurse to treat your child in the health room. The Consent to Treat must be agreed to every year since the district’s Standing Orders for treatment may vary from year-to-year.
If you already have an Infinite Campus parent portal account, you may log in and click on the link that says More, then Online Registration, and then “Click here to go to Existing Student Registration” (see screen shots below). Click on the video link below for instructions on how to complete the Annual Update quickly and easily.
If you do not yet have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account, please fill out the Parent Portal Request form and account information will be sent to you via email. When requests are high at the beginning of the year, please allow 1-2 business days for your account information to be emailed to you.

Don’t have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account? Simply complete the Parent Portal Request form and we will create your account and send you your username and password. Please log in to the portal for the first time on a web browser and then if you’d like, you can download and log in to the mobile app.
Students and parents can download a free Infinite Campus Mobile App to their iOS (iPhone, iPad or iPod) or Android devices.
As of July 1, 2019, Infinite Campus has two new and improved mobile apps: Campus Student (for students) and Campus Parent (for parents). The old Infinite Campus app will no longer work so you will need to download a new app for real-time access to grades, assignments, attendance, schedules, announcements and more.
- Download the App. Go to the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Amazon and search for Campus Parent or Campus Student. Download the app to your mobile device.
- Launch Campus Parent or Campus Student and enter Ladue in the District Name field and select Missouri from the State menu and then click on Search. Select Ladue School District.
- Enter your portal account username and password. It’s the same information you enter in your browser to access the portal.

Click on the Campus Online Grade Book Usage Expectations document on the right to review guidelines for minimum expectations in regards to posting of assignments and recording of grades by Ladue Schools’ faculty.
Updating Contact Information (not available during Annual Update window)
At the beginning of each year, parents will complete the Annual Online Registration through the parent portal. This allows parents to update contact information as well as student demographic and health information. After this window closes (usually in mid-September), parents have the ability to submit update requests for Address, Demographics, and Family Information online through the portal. Although address updates can be requested, you will still be required to make an in-person appointment at your child’s school to bring appropriate documentation of the new address. Log in. Click on More in the menu on the left. Click on Address Information, Demographics, or Family Information.
Click on Update to request an update to the information shown.
You will receive a notice in your portal regarding your request. Email and phone number changes are approved automatically.
