Infinite Campus

At the beginning of every school year, Ladue School District requires that one parent in the student’s primary household complete an online update of student information. This is called the Annual Update and is available through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Although the application can be accessed at any time during the year, we encourage you to complete this as soon as possible so that we have accurate contact and up-to-date medication information for your student. Parents will not be able to access information on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal until the Annual Update application is submitted. Learn more.

Don’t have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account? Simply complete the Parent Portal Request form and we will create your account and send you your username and password. Please log in to the portal for the first time on a web browser and then if you’d like, you can download and log in to the mobile app.

Logging in to the App

The Campus Student and Campus Parent apps provide the same tools as the browser version, with the benefit of the option to Stay Logged In and receive push notifications.

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
2. Search for your District Name and State, entering at least 3 characters of your district's name to search. Select your district from the list.
3. Enter your Username and Password, provided by your school.
4. If using a secure, private device, mark Stay Logged In to receive mobile push notifications, if enabled by your school.
5. Click Log In!

Logging in from a Web Browser

Students and parents have different login pages.

1. Visit infinitecampus.com and click Login at the top right.
2. Search for your District Name and State. Select your district from the list.
3. Click Parent/Student
4. Click either Campus Parent or Campus Student.
5. Enter the Username and Password provided by your school.
6. Click Log In!

Have an Activation Key?

Your school may provide you with an Activation Key. Use this key to create your own user account.

1. If using the Campus Parent mobile app, open the app and search for your District Name and State. Skip to Step 5.
2. If using a web browser, visit infinitecampus.com and click Login at the top right.
3. Search for your District Name and State. Select your district from the list.
4. Click Parent/Student and then click Campus Parent.
5. Click New User?
6. Enter your Activation Key in the space provided and then Submit.
7. Enter a Username and Password and click Submit.

How do I get notifications?

Notifications are available through the Campus Student and Campus Parent mobile apps, if enabled by your school. You may need to enable notifications on your device as well, in addition to the app settings.

1. Before you log in, mark Stay Logged In to receive notifications.
2. After logging in, click the user menu in the top right and then click Settings and Notification Settings.
3. From there, indicate which types of notifications you'd like to receive and set the threshold for notifications. For example, indicate if you only want to receive Assignment notifications if the score is below 70%.
4. Click Save.

Supported Devices

To use the Campus Student or Campus Parent apps, mobile devices must be on an Android version of 5.0 or later and iOS devices must be on a version of 12.4 or later.

Ladue Schools use Infinite Campus SIS (Student Information System) to take attendance, post grades (6-12) and organize census data for our students and families. Infinite Campus has developed a parent portal to allow parents/guardians the ability to view the records of their child(ren) via the internet. Access to student information empowers parents to have improved communication with their children about their academic achievement. This tool is not meant to replace the personal contact we wish to have with our students and their families. Our hope is that it will enhance communication between home and school so that those personal contacts become even more meaningful. The following guidelines are minimum expectations placed on Ladue Schools staff in regards to posting assignments and recording grades.

Posting Assignments*

When assigned (at least one week prior to the due date).

Important note: Posted information may change based on instructional needs.

* Teachers who have a website will have a link to their website on the parent portal. Some teachers may post upcoming assignments on their websites. Parents can navigate to the website directly from the portal.

Recording Grades

Note: Large-scale papers that may require additional time for grading shall include an assignment comment indicating such.

Tests

Within two weeks.

Report cards for the current year and from previous years are available on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. You can access the portal from the Infinite Campus app on a mobile device or via a web browser:

If you do not have an account, please fill out this form to request one.

Once you are logged in, select Documents. The current year’s report cards will be listed. Click on the name of the report card to download or print a PDF. To see report cards from previous years, select the year in the School Year drop-down menu.

At the beginning of each year, parents will complete the Annual Online Registration through the parent portal. This allows parents to update contact information as well as student demographic and health information. Only one Annual Update application is accepted each year, so if you have contact changes after that, you can submit update requests for Address, Demographics, and Family Information online through the portal. Although address updates can be requested, you will still be required to make an in-person appointment at your child’s school to bring appropriate documentation of the new address. Email and phone number changes are approved automatically.

How to update information in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal

• Log in.

• Click on More in the menu on the left.

• Click on Address Information, Demographics, or Family Information.

Click on Update to request an update to the information shown.

You will receive a notice in your portal regarding your request.
