Superintendent Search
Compensation
Hiring salary range of $225,000 - $275,000 with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance. The final salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
Contract
Initial two- to three-year contract.
Qualifications
- At least three years of successful district leadership experience
- Doctorate Degree
- Missouri superintendent licensure/certificate – must be in process
- Willingness to reside within 30 minutes of the district
- Proven community engagement skills
- Strong foundation of academic success
