Student Records

To request a copy of a student’s transcript, diploma, or other related student record please take the following steps:

• For currently enrolled students, please contact your child's school directly.
• For high school transcripts, please submit a request through this Google form to the high school registrar.
• For incoming students transferring from another school district, please contact your child’s current school to request a records transfer. Following this process ensures that all necessary student records are received, helping create a more seamless transition into the Ladue School District.
