SAEBRS (Social, Academic, Emotional, Behaviors Risk Screener)
SAEBRS is a brief, norm-reference tool for screening students that is broken down into three categories:
Social Behavior
Academic Behavior
Emotional Behavior
The data collected is used by building teams to develop instructional next steps that support all students.
- When: fall, winter, and spring
- Goal: for students to be able to regulate their emotions, develop positive relationships, and make responsible decisions
- Data: screening survey data used to develop instructional next steps to support all students
- Student Self-Completed Screener: 2nd-12th grade
- Teacher Completed Screener Based On Observations: K-8th grade teachers
