Choir | Grades 5-12
Vision Statement
Choral Music teaches us to listen, learn, and participate. We have to listen to each other to sing in tune. We learn how to read music. We must actively sing and participate to make music. Just as music is more than black dots on a page, Choir and Music Education is more than singing notes and rhythm. In this class, you will learn and grow in your musicianship, sing challenging music at a high level, and broaden your understanding of music from different times and cultures. We will also create a Singing Ram community that listens to one another, learns from one another, and participates with each other.
