Our district utilizes three primary digital tools to streamline operations, enhance learning, and maintain strong homeschool connections. This guide provides an overview of these essential platforms and their key features.

Infinite Campus

Our comprehensive Student Information System (SIS) serves as the central hub for all student data. Teachers, parents, students, and administrators use this platform to:

  • Access student schedules, grades, and attendance records
  • Complete required annual updates
  • Manage enrollment and contact information
  • Monitor academic progress

ParentSquare

Our official communication platform connects teachers, parents, and staff through:

  • School and districtwide announcements, flyers, and event reminders
  • Direct one-to-one messaging between teachers and parents
  • Automated language translation for inclusive communication
  • Event scheduling and volunteer coordination

Clever

This single sign-on portal simplifies access to digital learning resources by:

  • Providing students with one-click access to Google Classroom, iReady, Seesaw, and more
  • Giving teachers streamlined access to instructional tools and student programs
  • Eliminating the need to remember multiple passwords
  • Creating a consistent digital learning environment

 

Electronic and Print Communications

e-Connect

The e-Connect (sent every Friday during the school year) is the district’s weekly electronic newsletter for parents and staff that consolidates district-level news, reminders, and updates.

Board of Education Information

  • The Diligent Community platform provides information about past and future meetings, including the materials provided to the Board of Education for each topic they address. It also contains published meeting minutes, links to district policies, and other information related to the Board of Education and its meetings.
  • Board Briefs highlight information received by the Ladue Schools Board of Education after a regular business meeting and are considered an unofficial record. 
    • Interested in subscribing? Receive email notifications when new “briefs” are posted by signing up on the Board Briefs web page — just click on the bell icon and enter your email address. 

District and School Websites

These websites provide immediate and easy access to extensive district and individual school information, as well as parent and student resources.

Infinite Campus (Student Information System)

Infinite Campus is a password-protected program that provides parents/guardians with instant access to accurate, up-to-date, and confidential information about middle and high school students' attendance, grades, health, assessments, class assignments, and more.

For grades K-5, Infinite Campus provides attendance, health, and assessment information.

Link Newsletter

A district newsletter is mailed to all district residents and alumni several times throughout the year. The Link newsletter informs readers about student achievement and the district's progress toward its goals. 

Mobile App

The Ladue Schools mobile app is available to download for both iOS and Android devices.

ParentSquare

ParentSquare is the district’s voice, email, and text notification service that allows the district and schools to send families periodic, personalized messages. This includes important school information such as parent-teacher conferences, back-to-school nights, and early release days. ParentSquare also allows the district to reach families immediately in the event of an emergency or for other important information, such as when the district is closed due to inclement weather or if a child’s bus is running late. Peachjar

Peachjar is an e-flyer distribution system that utilizes the latest electronic communication technology to send information about services, events, and organizations to parents and students. Parents receive this information by email and can also access the information from each school’s building website.

Ramblings (Alumni Newsletter)

The Ramblings is an electronic newsletter intended for Ladue Horton Watkins High School alumni. This communication includes information about upcoming reunions and events. 

Social Media

The district uses Facebook and Instagram to connect with students, parents, staff, and other constituents about district events and information.

YouTube Channel (@LadueSchoolDistrict)

The district uses a YouTube Channel, which serves as a repository for district-created video content. View past videos or subscribe.
