COVID Vaccines and Boosters Available to All Individuals Ages 12+ on Nov. 2

A COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 2 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at Ladue Horton Watkins High School.

You may sign up for a time to receive the first, second, or third booster (if eligible) dose of the Pfizer COVID vaccination (must be 12 years or older).

Moderna (for ages 18+)

Sign up for a time to receive the first, second, or third booster (if eligible) dose of the Moderna COVID vaccination (must be 18 years or older).

Booster Info for Individuals that Received Johnson & Johnson Vaccination

Any individual who received the initial Johnson & Johnson vaccine is welcome to sign up to receive a Pfizer or Moderna booster vaccine.

If you are registering multiple children, you will need to enter them separately.

The second dose of the vaccine will be available Friday, Dec. 3 at the high school; additional information will be provided at the Nov. 2 clinic.

Please note: for students under 18 years old, a parent or guardian MUST be present at the clinic as parental consent is needed to administer a vaccination.
