Flyer Distribution Requests

Peachjar

Visit each school's Peachjar page to view current flyers.

Ladue School District uses Peachjar to electronically deliver to its families  school-related flyers, as well as district-approved flyers from the community and outside organizations.

This service comes at no cost to the district and saves tons of paper, as well as time. Only the district, district-affiliated, nonprofit, and community organizations are approved to post flyers to our families for
distribution through Peachjar. This “green” initiative saves our schools tons of paper and reduces copy costs by thousands of dollars. On top of that, posting school flyers in this electronic backpack removes a significant
administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.

What do you need to do?

There's nothing you need to do.

If you are a returning parent and familiar with this process, you will
continue to receive these communications in email form from Peachjar.

If you are new to the district, no action is required. Peachjar will use the email address provided during the online registration and you should receive a welcome email with your username and password information to provide the opportunity to manage your account (i.e., delivery preferences). You DO NOT need to log in or create an account to receive or view the e-flyers.

What if I'm not receiving the e-flyers?

To ensure smooth delivery of this communication, we suggest you add “school@peachjar.com” to your email contacts. (Do not change “school” to the name of the school. Leave it “school@peachjar.com.”)

If you still aren't receiving the emails from Peachjar and would like to, go to Peachjar.com and click "Sign-Up" located in the upper right of the page, and find your school.

Requests from Outside Organizations

The Ladue School District supports our families by distributing information to parents about activities and events from which they or their children may benefit. Ladue School District does not distribute paper flyers directly to students from outside groups. Instead, the district uses an application called Peachjar to provide electronic email delivery to parents and to post information online to the schools’ websites.

To submit a flyer, go to www.peachjar.com, register as an program provider and then select the desired school(s). Your flyer will then automatically be submitted to the Ladue Schools Communications Department to be approved or denied based on these guidelines. Once approved, your flyer will be sent electronically to parents at the selected schools and posted online. Peachjar charges a fee for this service (up to $25 per school) which is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver flyers to each school.
