Superintendent of Schools
Our vision statement is: Together, we will empower each student to become a passionate learner and achieve his or her highest potential. I am absolutely convinced that we have taken another important step in achieving this goal by placing specific focus and energy behind our diversity initiatives.”

Commitment to Excellence
“The goal of our diversity initiative is to promote an inclusive school environment that upholds high academic standards for all students through culturally responsive classroom instruction, professional development, and sustainable relationships with all community stakeholders in an effort to support student learning in our school district. The Ladue School District is such a special place that fosters a very diverse student population and school community. We feel that every student will learn and will achieve academic success.”

District Diversity Committee
Mission Statement:
The mission of the Ladue School District Diversity Committee is to ensure an
equitable and inclusive educational experience for students, parents, faculty, staff
and community.
While the District’s Diversity initiative encompasses many individual efforts, one of the primary drivers is the Ladue School District Diversity Committee. This group has worked for years to promote and support cultural respect and inclusiveness in the classroom. Most recently, the group has focused its efforts on providing S.E.E.D Training to individual staff members and parents. “S.E.E.D.” stands for Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity, and provides a platform for training educators, parents and members of the community, so that they, in turn, can train others.
