Board Advisory Committees
District residents are invited to become a member of one of four Board of Education committees. These committees have an ongoing role to serve as advisory groups to the Board and the Ladue Schools. These committees serve a vital role as the district continues to fulfill its primary mission: to provide a high quality education for all its students.
The committees are:
- Curriculum & Instruction Committee
Provides the district with a resource of knowledgeable and interested teachers, administrators and residents who raise and study topics, make suggestions and provide coordination to the curricular instructional processes of the district for the benefit of the students. Other curriculum committees report to the Board through the Curriculum & Instruction Committee.
- Finance Committee
Reviews the business activities of the district, including the oversight of fund management of various district funds. The Committee reviews, on a monthly basis, the bids, contracts, claims and disbursements, budget transfers and other financial issues.

- Facilities Planning Committee
Includes district patrons and administrators. This committee works to develop and recommend long-term financial plans for day-to-day operations, existing facility maintenance and new capital projects.
- Technology Committee
Advises the Board of Education and administration on technology-related issues in the district. The committee oversees the development, based on best practices, and implementation of the district's technology plan. They will identify resources, budgetary needs, policies and procedures necessary for implementation and evaluation of the district's technology plan.
